Description:

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan pendekatan diskriptif korelasional kuantitatif. Alat pengumpulan data kuesioner, teknik sampling yang digunakan proportionate stratified random sampling, dengan sampel sebesar 88 orang. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tabulasi dan program SPSS, untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel penerapan prinsip-prinsip Human Relation dan variabel Motivasi Kerja Karyawan. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip Human Relations menunjukkan korelasi yang kuat (0,684) dengan motivasi kerja karyawan pada perusahaan PT Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri, Tbk dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,01. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pimpinan PT Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri, Tbk telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Human Relations kepada karyawannya dengan baik, sehingga karyawan termotivasi. Bila penerapan prinsip-prinsip Human Relations lebih ditingkatkan maka motivasi kerja karyawan akan tinggi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan penerapan prinsip-prinsip Human Relations berhubungan erat dengan motivasi kerja karyawan. Diharapkan pimpinan perusahaan tetap menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Human Relations di perusahaan, agar motivasi kerja karyawan dapat dipertahankan, bahkan dapat ditingkatkan.
